El Observatorio Trasatlántico en Seguridad, Inteligencia y Contraterrorismo
Es una iniciativa impulsada por el Centro Nacional de Estudios sobre el Terrorismo y su Financiamiento (CNT) y la Comunidad de Inteligencia y Seguridad Global (CISEG), concebida como una plataforma estratégica de carácter transatlántico entre México y España.
Su propósito es transformar la forma en que se analiza, comprende y enfrenta el fenómeno del terrorismo, su financiamiento y su convergencia con la delincuencia organizada, en un entorno global marcado por amenazas híbridas y dinámicas complejas.
El OTSIC se consolida como una arquitectura de análisis e inteligencia aplicada, orientada a generar conocimiento especializado, fortalecer capacidades institucionales y contribuir a la toma de decisiones estratégicas a nivel nacional e internacional.
